At The Michael Berry Show store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
